Quality: Defect prevention is the key to Wytan's consistent, high level of quality. Quality is built into the product, not inspected into it. This is made possible through extensive use of statistical process control (SPC). In addition, Wytan provides a producibility report with every shipment. Our Quality focus is defined by our goal for compliance with the global quality standard, ISO-9002.
Manufacturing Facilities and Equipment: Wytan's modern facilities are specifically designed for surface mount manufacturing. It is an environment the promotes just-in-time techniques and provides the necessary electro-static (ESD) and temperature/humidity controls for precise electronics assembly. Our manufacturing is accomplished in a semi-clean room area. Our pick and place equipment is state-of-the-art and has built in high-resolution vision.
Scope of Services: Our Colorado facility provides:
- Producibility Engineering - Our no cost producibility analysis will eliminate potential manufacturing problems. The analysis includes a review of compliance with good design guidelines and evaluation of process compatibility. We offer design guidelines to assist customers in defining producible PC boards.
- Product Scope - Complete assembly of all configurations of surface mount, mixed technology formats, and advanced packaging using either customer furnished components or components purchased by Wytan from validated, qualified sources. Wytan provides prototype through volume production.
- Test Capability - Wytan possesses the technical expertise and equipment to custom configure functional tests to meet customer requirements, both at the PCB assembly and system level.
